  • Responses to our pre-qualification questions relating to your organisation's workforce challenges and psychosocial risk obligations

We do not collect payment information, health information about named individuals, or any information beyond what is needed to assess fit and prepare for our conversation with you.

  • Schedule and confirm your booked conversation

  • Prepare for that conversation using your pre-qualification responses

  • Follow up with relevant information after the conversation

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with the service providers that allow us to operate our booking, communication, and video call systems (currently our CRM/booking platform and Zoom). Your information is stored securely within our CRM platform. We retain your information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
